Pipe Dream
This evening has been another of those evenings where I have time to reflect and admit that I am wasting my life away. It’s so much easier to have something to do after work so that I don’t spend time reflecting (which is an annoying and useful habit of mine), but I know that’s just deluding myself.
On the whole, I haven’t achieved much for the past half a year, except negative monetary value with the impending credit card bill due to arrive end of this month. I have cash, but prolly not enough to pay off the bill. Never thought I’d end up in such a situation since I’m such a whiz at Microsoft Excel and keeping track of transactions. But a couple of weeks without access to my transaction file (my brother did not copy it from my old HDD to the new PC), I ran headlong into debt in blissful ignorance. Sigh.
