   nice!!! i want to perm my hair cos it’s so boring to be straight and get all tied up. tot of doin digital perm. what say ya?

   But I don’t think this sort of curls can be achieved by perming.

   She says she wanna perm, not saying she wanna achieve this through perming.

   I think this is another of those use hair wax and scrunge up hair ends kinda thing.
